Membership Fee Structure

The Board of Mental Health Australia aims to structure annual membership fees to support the ongoing activities of Mental Health Australia and ensure a variety of organisations are able to access the benefits of either Full or Associate Membership of Mental Health Australia.

The set membership fee prices are to ensure members continue to access the benefits, value and events to advocate for mental health reform.

The Board realises that many organisations operating in the not-for-profit sector rely heavily on grants, donations and philanthropy to conduct their business. If your organisation has difficulties meeting this fee structure, or your annual income has changed significantly, please contact membership@mhaustralia.org to discuss, rather than just let your membership lapse.

The Board will consider all feedback from members on the fee increase and structure, and is prepared to consider a different application of fees, especially when an organisation has experienced or is expecting considerable cuts to funding.
